Gwilym from Hancocks sneaks a tiny bit of booze into the final edition of Dry July cocktail corner thanks to Lyre's non alcoholic spirits. 

The Swamp Hen

30 ml x Lyre's Dark Cane

30 ml x Amaro Montenegro

20 ml x Lime Juice

20 ml x 1:1 Sugar Syrup.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Hard Shake then strain into glass over ice. 

Garnish with clapped curry leaf.
