En 2018 se publicaba el único disco de estos chicos llamados DOWDELIN, trío de las antillas francesas donde exploran, a través de su música, la fusión de sonidos electrónicos de baile con percusiones de la zona del caribe y jazz criollo, fusionado todo para crear lo que ellos llaman un sentimiento criollo de futuro, donde su base africana es el principal motor. Esta es la música de la cantante canadiense llamada TANIKA CHARLES la cual nos acerca a nuestro blog una de las canciones de su primer disco publicado en 2010 de nombre What! What? What!?, disco con siete canciones donde el gusto por el soul mas clásico es santo y seña de nuestra artista. Tuvimos que esperar hasta siete años para poder ver su nuevo trabajo, ya un disco grande con 11 cortes a través de la casa italiana de soul/funk llamada Records Kicks, siempre con ese gusto y, además, con una gran elegancia.
