The Hot Date by: Mr. Consistent 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix 
  • 5 x Dates 
  • 6-8 x Cinnamon Sticks ​
  •  500mls Bourbon 
  •  3 x Dried Chillies 
  • Tsp Apricot jam
  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Cocktail Strainer
  • Jigger

    METHOD:

     Chilli Bourbon: 

    • Crush 3 x Dried Chillies into a mason jar  
    • Add Cinnamon sticks 
    • Pit 5 dates & add to mason jar 
    • Add 500ml of Bourbon and stir 
    • Set aside for 30minutes  

      • CREATE:

      • Pour 75ml of Cosmo Mixer into a boston glass 
      • Add 45ml of Chilli Infused Bourbon 
      • Add 1 Tsp Apricot jam 

        •  SERVE:  

        • Add ice & shake vigorously 
        • Double strain into your cocktail glass that is full of ice 
        • Garnish with Mr. Consistent Dried Chilli
