Blender

Vodka

Ice
Method:
1/ Create - Lychee Puree
Blend Lychees and juice in a blender until smooth & combine. Double strain into a spare bottle
2/ Shake
75ml Mr. Consistent Waterboy Mix

45ml Vodka

45ml Lychee Puree

20ml San Pellegrino Bitter

Add Ice and shake vigorously
3/ Serve
Double strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with Mr. Consistent Dried Lime, enjoy!

What You Need:
Mr. Consistent Waterboy Mix

Mr. Consistent Dried Oranges

Mr. Consistent Essential Shaker Kit

Gin

Chinese Five Spice

White Sugar

Ice
Method:
1: Create - Five Spice Syrup
Pour sugar and spices into a mansion jar & stir. Add in hot water and stir until dissolved. Pour into a spare jar.

1 tsp Chinese Five Spice

1 cup Boiling Water

1 cup White Sugar

Stir through and strain through into another jar
2: Shake
75ml Mr. Consistent Waterboy

15ml Chinese Five Spice Syrup

45ml Gin
3: Serve
Double strain into your cocktail glass

Garnish with Mr. Consistent Dried Oranges, Enjoy!

What You Need:
Mr. Consistent Waterboy Mix

Mr. Consistent Dried Chillis

Mr. Consistent Essentials Shaker Kit

Tequila

White Sugar

Boiling Water

Peach & Pineapple Tea Bag

Fiji Chilli Bongo Chilli Sauce

Ice
Method:
1: Create - Peach & Pineapple Chilli Syrup:
Add 1 cup of White Sugar to boiling water

Add 1 Peach and Pineapple Tea bag to the boiling water

Stir through until the Sugar is dissolved.

Add 2tbsp of the Fiji Bongo Chilli to the mixture and stir through

Strain mixture into a new bottle for the syrup to decant
2: Shake
Add 75ml of Mr. Consistent Waterboy

Add 45ml of Tequila

Add 20ml Peach & Pineapple Chilli Syrup

Add Ice and shake vigorously
3: Serve
Double strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with Mr. Consistent Dried Chillis, enjoy!

Elderberry Syrup

Cup White Sugar

Cup Boiling Water

Vanilla Paste

Gin
Method:
1: Create Vanilla Elderberry Syrup:
Add sugar, boiling water and into a jug and stir until fully combined

Add ½ tsp vanilla paste & 200ml Sweet Elderberry Syrup and stir

Double strain into new jar
2: Shake
75ml Mr. Consistent Margarita Mixer

35ml Vanilla & Elderberry Syrup

45ml Gin
3: Serve
Add ice and shake vigorously

Double strain into cocktail glass

20ml Earl Grey Syrup

45ml Gin

Add Ice and shake vigorously
3: Serve

Chilli and Pineapple Cosmo by: Mr. Consistent
What you Need:
Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix

Chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon

Pineapple Ring - 1/2 ring

Gin - 500ml

White Sugar - 1/2 cup

Bartender Essentials Kit

Fine Strainer

Measuring Jug

Boiling Water - 1/2 cup

Mason Jar

Ice
Method: 1:Chilli Syrup
Add 1 tablespoon of chilli powder & 1/2 cup white sugar into a mason jar.

Shake to combine.

Pour in a 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved
2: Create
Add 1/2 a pineapple ring into shaker.

Add 15ml chilli syrup and muddle together until combined.

Add 75ml Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix into shaker.

Add 45ml gin
3: Serve
Add ice and shake vigourously.

Double strain into cocktail glass.

Grate Mr. Consistent dried chilli with microplane to garnish

Method:
Create: Peach & Pineapple Tequila
Place 4 Tea bags (cold bags, don’t empty contents) into a mason jar.

Add 500ml Tequila & Set aside for 5 minutes.
Shake:
Add 75ml of Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix

Add 45ml Peach & Pineapple Tequila

Add ½ Tsp Chilli

Add Ice and Shake vigorously
Serve:
Double strain into your cocktail glass of choice

Garnish with Mr. Consistent Dried Lime, Enjoy!

What You Need:
Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix

Bartender Essentials Kit

500ml Vodka

500ml Gin

Kaffir Lime Leaves

Cloudy Pear Juice (No Sugar)

Lavender Tea

Sugar

White Pepper

Fine Strainer

Measuring Jug

Ice
Method: 1: Lavender Vodka Recipe
Spoon 5 tsp of Lavender Tea into a mason jar

Add 500ml of vodka & shake to combine

Leave aside for 30 minutes

Add sugar after sitting for 30 minutes

Strain back into the original vodka bottle
2: Create
Pour 75ml of Margarita Mixers into glass

Add 15ml infused vodka

Add 30ml gin

Add 20ml pear juice

Add Pinch of lime leaves

Add Pinch of white pepper

Add ice and shake vigorously
3: Serve
Double strain into cocktail glass

Garnish with Lavender Tea
