Teagan Mcleod explains how she worked her way through the fashion industry to now being the head of fashion design at the highly recognised fashion label VRG GRL! 

The role of head fashion designer is multi-faceted and widely looked at as a dream role for many of the younger generation. Having the ability to design, create and construct a wide range of fashion pieces also comes with a tremendous responsibility and amount of work. Teagan has pulled herself to the top by remaining persistent through her challenges and wearing a hard shell as superiors critique her work. But without question, it is a role that she deserves and has pushed herself towards through working as an intern at Mimco, assisting on runway shoots to truly embody the fashion designer she is now! Hard work truly does pay off and Teagan has the story to prove it!
