The men behind Volando Tequila have kicked down the door and entered the Australian spirits industry with their premium product in the hopes to revamp the ideologies Australia has surrounding tequila. Shane Tucker (co-founder) explains how the construction business he and Jesse Ross (co-founder) brought to Texas played an integral part in the creation of Volando Tequila. Shane is accompanied by a partner of Volando; Jai Napper. Together they explain all the hurdles they faced with creating a tequila brand, importing processes, licensing and what really goes on behind the scenes of tequila product development.

The ambition and drive behind the creation of Volando Tequila while knowing little to nothing about the industry is one to be admired. The main objective was to rework the approach Australia has to tequila and reeducate them on the spirit. This objective was well executed and the men behind Volando Tequila had a damn good time doing it!
