Sticky Date Espresso Martini by Mr. Consistent
What you need:
Mr. Consistent Espresso Martini Mix

Medjool Dates

180g Pecans

1¼ Maple Syrup

500ml Vodka

½ Cup Sugar

Ice

Method: 1.Pecan Vodka Recipe:
Roast Pecans for 7 Minutes in the oven at 180 degree C or until golden brown

Pour Pecans into a mason jar, slowly add some of the vodka and muddle

Pit & add dates to the jar

Continue to muddle

Once combined and paste like add the rest of the vodka

Strain out into a jug, ensure liquid is pushed through with a spoon into the jug

Add maple syrup & sugar into vodka infusion & stir until sugar has dissolved

Pour Pecan infused vodka back into your original bottle

2. Create:
Pour 75ml Espresso Martini Mixer into a boston glass

Add 45ml Pecan infused vodka

Add ice & shake

3.Serve
Double strain into your cocktail glass

Garnish with Mr. Consistent Coffee Beans

Ginger & Apricot Martini by: Mr. Consistent by: Mr. Consistent
What You Need:
Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix

Bartender Essentials Kit

Crystallised Ginger -1 cup

Apricot Nectar - 15ml

Red Wine Vinegar - 15ml

Nutmeg

Vodka - 500ml

Gin - 15ml

Fine Strainer

Measuring Jug
Ice Method: 1:Ginger Liqueur
Add 1 cup of crystallised ginger into a mason jar

Pour in enough vodka to cover the ginger and muddle until combined

Pour the remaining vodka into the jar and shake for 1 minute to combine

Strain ginger liqueur into original vodka bottle & discard remaining ginger
2: Create
Add 60ml Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix into shaker

Add 30ml ginger liqueur

Add 15ml gin

Add 15ml red wine vinegar

Add 15ml apricot nectar
3: Serve
Add ice and shake vigorously

Double strain into cocktail glass

Grate nutmeg with microplane to garnish

Sour Berry Margarita by: Mr. Consistent
What You Need:
Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix

Mr. Consistent Sours Mix

Berry Compote - 300g

Gin - 30ml

Vodka - 300ml

Sparkling Rose *Optional

White Sugar - 1/4 Cup

Muddler

Cocktail Shaker

Cocktail Strainer

Fine Strainer

Jigger

Ice
Method: 1: Prepare Make the Berry Liqueur:
Combine 300g of Mixed Berry Compote and 300ml Vodka in a mason jar.

Shake thoroughly to combine.

Add ¼ cup White Sugar and stir until sugar has dissolved

Strain and discard solids
2: Create
15ml Berry Liqueur

30ml Gin

60ml Mr. Consistent Margarita Mix

15ml Mr. Consistent Sour Mix
3: Serve
Add ice and shake vigourously.

Double strain into cocktail glass.

Garnish with Mr. Consistent florals. (Optional) After shaking, add sparkling rose

Cinnamon and Ginger Spiced Pineapple Rum by: Mr. Consistent

What You Need:
Mr. Consistent Sours Mix

Mr. Consistent Dried Lime

White Rum

Canned Pineapple Rings

Powdered Ginger

Powdered Cinnamon

Ice

1: Spiced Pineapple
Strain juice from pineapple slices and arrange on a tray.

Generously cover slices with cinnamon and ginger on both sides.

Grill spiced slices for a few minutes on each side.

2: Spiced Pineapple Rum
Remove pineapple from tray and add to a mason jar along with 500ml rum.

Close & shake jar vigorously to combine ingredients.

Strain spiced pineapple rum into measuring jug.

Add 1/4 cup white sugar and stir to dissolve.

TIP: Return the rum to the jar with the pineapple to intensify

3: Serve
Pour 75ml of Mr. Consistent Sours Mix into cocktail shaker.

Add 45ml Spiced Pineapple Rum.

Add ice and shake vigourously.

Double strain into cocktail glass and garnish with dried lime.

1x Los Sundays Coconut Tequila

1x Fresh or Dried Chillies

1x Mr. Consistent Dried Chillis

Chilli Salt

Ice
ACCESSORIES:
Cocktail Shaker

Cocktail Strainer

Fine Strainer

Jigger
METHOD:
1: Create
Rim your Tumbler Glass with the fresh lime and roll through the Mr. Consistent Chilli Salt

TIP: Chill your glass before preparation for added freshness
2: Shake
Add 75ml of Mr. Consistent Waterboy mix

Add 45ml of Los Sundays Coconut Tequila

Add 15ml of Fancy Hanks hot sauce

Add Ice and shake vigorously
3: Serve
Double strain into your tumbler glass over fresh ice

Garnish with a Mr. Consistent Dried Chilli, Enjoy!

Cardamom & Marmalade Martini by: Mr. Consistent

What You Need:
Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix

Marmalade - 1 tablespoon

Cardamom - 10g

Gin 500ml
Method:
1: Cardamom-Infused Gin
Add 10g of cardamom into a mason jar

Pour 500ml of gin

Stir together and set aside for an hour

Strain cardamom-infused gin into original gin bottle & discard remaining cardamom
2: Create
Add 75ml Mr. Consistent Cosmo Mix into shaker

Add 45ml cardamom-infused gin

Add 1 tablespoon marmalade
3: Serve
Add ice and shake vigourously

Double strain into cocktail glass

Garnish with Mr. Consistent dried oranges

Matt Srama is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played for the Gold Coast Titans in the National Rugby League up until the age of 26. Unfortunately the talented football star was forced to hang up his boots at a young age due to a knee injury. Although many professional athletes make their money throughout their quick careers, Matt prides himself on the fact that his injury pushed him into a different direction and one that would change his life! After the quick football retirement, Matt took to the world of real estate and property investing. Throughout Matt's initial endeavour throughout real estate and property investing, he found many frustrations within the industry and little to no professional guidance whatsoever. Ice
1. Create:

Add 75ml of chosen red wine
HOT TIP: You can use rose instead of red wine for a more fruity and light flavour
