But K-Pop is much more than just some fun girl and boy groups. There are agencies who cast, educate and create these groups. The groups have strict rules but that seems fair due to their age and international reach! 

Within each group the artists are appointed a certain role, based on their skills. But what do these roles mean and include? 

On top of that, there is a whole terminology for K-Pop!

We're feeling a little bit locked up these days (did you get it?) and it felt like we needed a holiday.  While that's not really possible, would about remembering one of our holidays?

New York City, Evan has lived there and Wouter is obsessed with it. Summer 2019 was the first time Wouter went to visit this magnificent city and of course Evan was his personal guide.

It's that time of the years again, it's Sinterklaas!

Sinterklaas is a very old traditional holiday of the Netherlands and has been getting more international media attention due to racism. 

Who is Sinterklaas? What do they celebrate in The Netherlands? And is the Sinterklaas tradition racist? Coming from the Netherlands and being part of a black family, Wouter was never opposed to the tradition. It was only when he showed Evan's American family the Zwart Pieten, that he discovered something was mist definitely wrong and off. 

In today's podcast Evan and Wouter are discussing all things Sinterklaas and are diving deeper into the original tradition. But not only do they discuss the past. What does Sinterklaas mean in 2020 and how should the tradition evolve? They are debating from two different perspectives, which makes this podcast worth your while!

Gaining hundreds of subscribers and hundreds of thousands of views, there was also a nasty flip side to posting these types of videos…
