2 ounces vodka

Is there a difference between Gin and Vodka? Prepare to get nerdy as Roukan digs into the chemistry of each liquor, Corbick has strong opinions while Brooks wears the dunce hat.

.5 oz or 15 ml Luxardo Sangue Morlacco  .25 oz or 7 ml Benedictine 1.5 oz or 45 ml London Dry Gin 1 Dash of Orange Bitters

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

2 oz or 60 ml Seltzer

Garnish with a Lemon Wheel

1/2 ounce simple syrup, 2 ounces white rum, 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed, Club soda, to top

Garnish: mint sprig and lime wheel

Blended Aged - Pusser's (blue label)

Paloma: 2 ounces tequila, 2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice, plus wedges for garnish , 2 ounces sparkling water , ½ ounce lime juice,¼ ounce agave nectar or simple syrup, or to taste. 

Beer Mosa: 2/3 cup light beer, 1/3 cup 100% orange juice.  

Maple Syrup Old Fashioned (with Bacon):  2 oz Bourbon, 3 dashes Angostura bitters, 1/2 oz Maple Sryup, Garnish: Bacon because everything is better with bacon.

Corbick - French Twist: Ingredients -French Twist made with Courvoisier VSOP Cognac  Ingredients - 1 ¾oz Cognac, ½oz Triple Sec / Grand Marnier, ¾oz Simple Syrup, ½oz Lemon Juice, 3oz Club Soda. 

Brooks - Boozy Lavender Lemonade: Ingredients - 3oz gin (Hendricks opt) 4oz lemon Juice,  1/ 1.5oz lavender simple syrup, 1oz Honey Syrup,  Top off with Club Soda

Roukan - Windsor Garden - 2oz Empress 1908 Gin, ½oz fresh lemon juice, ½oz simple syrup and basil, thyme, rosemary and mint leaves. Lightly muddle herbs and shake ingredients over ice. Strain into a stemless wine glass with ice. Garnish with sprig of rosemary
