Cocktail: Coconut Guava Margarita

This cocktail is perfect for a hot summer’s day. The coconut's creaminess and the fresh guava's sweetness pair very nicely. If you can’t find fresh guava, then sticking with just the nectar works just as well.

Ingredients:

• 2 oz blanco tequila
• 1 oz lime juice
• 2 oz guava nectar
• 1 small guava, quartered
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• 1 oz coconut milk
• Garnish: lime wheel and/or guava slice

Directions:

1. Add guava and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle together.
2. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice until cold.
3. Double strain into a glass of your choice filled with ice and garnish.
