She is a mom, a genius businesswoman, and someone I can count on giving me the best, most honest advice! One of my first memories of Lizy was when she called me out for being codependent and that conversation honestly changed my life! In this episode, we talk about codependency, how we’ve both struggled with it and what our journey’s have looked like letting go of external validation and people pleasing to becoming confident in our true identity. Lizy and I both share examples of what codependency has looked like for us, and how we show up now in our conversations and relationships with others.
