sorry for the delay! we have all had varying degrees of illness ranging from flu to World of Warcraft addiction, but we are back today to talk about the new Blade Runner, which we all really liked, as it turns out.

sorry for the late release! 6.1 will be released on tuesday, 10/16/2017, and then we will return to our normal MWF release schedule.

today we talk about what it means to be in a state of emergency, why hurricanes can be fun, and why all floridians welcome the sweet embrace of death. we also have strong opinions about Monopoly.

on this week's politics section, we talk about gun control, the ways in which the left and the right talk past each other, and how the 2nd amendment is just a poorly written sentence about the police. also, fuck originalism.

welcome to the first week of the new format! if you're not aware, we are switching from one big show to three smaller ones so we get to hear ourselves talk for longer without you having to deal with it!

today we are doing a review of the newly-released game Cuphead developed and published by Studio MDHR. we talk about the historical context of the game, why it's great (a lot of reasons, as it turns out), and muse briefly about the growing divide between independent and AAA video game publishers.

we're back! after Mark's remarkable recovery from death, he found the time to mix this. thanks, mark. this week, we talk about Twin Peaks: The Return, a potential monopoly-in-progress being established on cannabis varietals, and the male loneliness epidemic.
