Hello Coders! I'm back with another episode. After the intial excitement of winning something big a lot of people feel a wave of imposter syndrome which can lead them to feel discouraged and leave coding as a result. That's why I invited Aimee Jasso onto the podcast to speak about her experience as a first-generation American professional in the tech space. We discuss the challenges of navigating imposter syndrome, the importance of community and mentorship, and the role of diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
