On Thursday afternoon, AEW EVP & TNT champion Cody spoke with members of the media to promote AEW Full Gear and discuss the state of the company.

 

In this 45-minute Q&A, Cody spoke about how he plans to use the “Rhodes” name, his initial comments about AEW being a sport-centric product, Le Dinner Debonair, criticism for the build-up of Hikaru Shida vs. Nyla Rose, his role as the TNT champion, Allysin Kay’s addition to Saturday’s card, Tony Khan’s recent comments on their protocols after recent injuries, a potential third match with Nick Aldis, and his match with Darby Allin this Saturday at Full Gear.
