The man himself Cody Rhodes got the #1 spot for this years PWI! Am I surprised? Maybe... a lot of fans were very upset that the American Nightmare got the #1 spot this year. Some of the other names on the top 10 were very surprising as well to a lot of fans... SO... My guest and I Enforcer go over the top 10 PWI for this year, do they deserve to be top 10 or do they not and why?
