Just because of difficulties or setbacks do not give up, keep pursuing your goals. It may seem like you will never reach your destiny, but know if you persevere the end result is YOU WIN!

Sometimes it's best to keep your personal business and professional business tou yourself because not everyone is happy for you; and some come to speak negative about your plans to prosper. Know who you are telling your future plans to.

We as a black community have to be honest with ourselves and others when we need help mentally. Stop saying only white people go to counseling. Maybe our communities would heal if we got help to have new mindsets.

Single moms go through alot in silence, alone. They try to be strong for their children, except sometimes it becomes overwhelming and depression sinks in. Seek help if this is you, a therapist, a counselor, or psychiatrist.

Children go through depression and it's real, I talk about the Bryce Gowdy story today. If your child seems depressed, seems sad all the time or talking crazy get them some help. The black community has to stop overlooking mental Illness.

Stop letting people tell you that you are too old to live your dreams. You can start a business, go back to school or even buy a house at any age even sixty. Stop living in a box for other people, you have done it long enough.

So many women have issues because of missing fathers in their life to validate them. Fathers need to step up to the plate for all of their children no matter the issues they have with the mother. These kids need you guys.

You should not be running up credit cards and going broke trying to buy Christmas gifts.
