Ethan is a self-taught coffee roaster from the East Coast. He started off in Brooklyn, and later moved down to Orange County where he worked at High Tide Coffee. He later moved over to SUR Coffee in San Clemente, California where he shifted into the production side of the business. Ethan learned what he could from SUR, and took it upon himself learn the craft using the equipment provided. He now is the main roaster at Bear Coast Coffee in San Clemente.
