In todays episode, we kick things off with a sincere apology from Slim to the Denver Nuggets (NBA Champions) and we recap the playoff run of the 2022 - 2023 NBA season.

Our topic of discussion today is racial imbalance. We dissect what we have observed to be the racial imbalances that we as POC face in Canada that the world does not see online. We point out that most low income neighborhoods in Toronto are inhabited by POC and we also discuss the struggles it takes for POC to achieve basic life goals in Canada.

We also discuss the differences in lifestyle from we see in America and what we live like in Canada. Slim makes the point that in America POC have places where they can gather and live in a community (Atlanta, Houston, New Orleans) and that most POC are grouped together in the metropolitan city of Toronto. All and all a great conversation about the differences in lifestyles for POC in both America and Canada.

Jama provides an underlying understanding that a trust can be built and destroyed differently depending on the type of relationship and Slim contrasts Jama's statement by providing reasoning as to how we can view relationships differently in that sense. A great open discussion overall about important life choices we sometimes are faced to make.

Steering the conversation to a more broader conversation, we break down Captialism and its fundamental roots/meanings and judge whether or not this is an ethical economic system in today's society. Slim presents the theory that capitalism is a form of slavery meant to keep the rich wealthy and the poor impoverished. An eye opening conversation that we hope you will love.

We also tackle the stigma of being a "mommas boy" and what the negatives of this label can bring to a man. We also discuss the benefits of a close connection between a mother and a son and what the downfalls of the public view can be. On the flip side, not being close with your mother as a man can also bring a negative stigma to you. So we try to find the perfect balance.
