Join me today as I sit down with two high school educators - one at a college preparatory magnet and one at a title one school where most of the students are on free/reduced lunch. We talk about what it looks like to make an impact on the students while also doing your actual job of teaching. We discuss what makes an impactful educator and the importance of connecting with your students both inside and outside of the classroom. (Hint: It's all about building relationships!)
