A sweet ending for the first month of 2021 - a dessert review! This one I had at my zen place and since we've been having chilly, crisp mornings I think this cake is just right.

We all have our moments when sometimes it is a challenge to get a good night's sleep. Here are my ways which aid me, and leads to beneficial results in waking up in the morning rejuvenated. I share this in case anyone needed to hear this.
