Like many during the 2020 pandemic, my routine completely shifted as the country transitioned to full-time remote work. My mornings were filled with more athleisure wear and less traffic. As part of my new routine, I searched for something to replace my morning commute that would help shift my mindset from home to work. I stumbled upon some amazing podcasts but found myself wanting to be a part of the conversations.And so began the idea of Coffee & Convos – a podcast filled with truly authentic conversations.
It was made to be listened to when you're brewing your morning coffee, driving to the coffee shop for a cold brew, or even with an espresso martini. However you choose to enjoy your coffee, you'll now have a friendly companion.We'll explore topics like leadership, diversity, current events, life and death, friendship, and relationships, and anything else our listeners crave. I'm so excited to share these conversations with you. I'll be chatting with some of my closest friends and mentors to start, but if you or someone you know wants to join in on the conversation, just send them my way.

John was a singer-songwriter who produced three albums full of originals and also happens to be Kelsey's dad.
