This week we start the next four-part section of Systematic Theology where we explore the Doctrine of Salvation.  One of the beautiful things about the gospel is that its simple enough that a child can grasp it but at the same time its truths are enough to keep thinkers and theologians busy for a lifetime explore its riches.  At the end of these four weeks, our prayer is that you will better understand the depths of God’s saving plan, to be in awe of the miracle your own salvation, and be more motivated than ever before to share the gospel with others.

Last week, we wrapped up the doctrine of Christ.  This week, it’s on to the doctrine of the Holy Spirit.  In our tradition, there’s a lot of confusion and mixed messages about the Holy Spirit.  Was the Holy Spirit around in the Old Testament?  What does the Spirit do?  How do we live “Spirit-filled” lives but still stay consistent with Scripture?  We’ll answer these questions and more!

Why is the resurrection central to our faith? The resurrection isn't just for Easter... it's for every day of the year. Tune in as Pastor Jay Strother and Brian Ball dive into the resurrection and ascension. 

This episode our focus is the work of Jesus on the cross, known as the atonement.  We’ll explore why suddenly many churches are sadly diminishing the cross in favor of more so-called progressive views and how the Bible teaches that the atonement is central to our salvation, our identity, and our mission.
