As a Christian, some might seek out answers as to  the average dating couple growing more intimate as they  become more serious about their relationship. 

I believe in setting proper boundaries so if there were a break up, there wouldn't be any undesireable results such as the feeling of abuse or betrayl from either side. Can ya handle it?
