Coffee Talk with Staci Yesner

So great chatting with @stevencozza_realtor and finding out more about his professional cycling and how he got into real estate. We also chatted about what it is like working with his mom and wife.

So fun chatting with @vivianacherman about what is like to be a founding member of a brokerage and introducing Serhant to California. Viviana has an amazing morning routine, gives back to the community through Rotary and her church and loves working with her husband!

Loved chatting with @kirkmccullenrealtor! He has worked in marketing, lending, title company, appraiser, inspector and real estate agent. Think about how that helps his buyers and sellers. Loved talking about the differences in the St.Louis and Alabama markets and how he got involved in Compass Plus.

So fun chatting with KE Boyd @keboyd_realtor_dfw and finding out what the KE stand for. Also loved hearing about how she got into real estate and what she learned during the recession as an agent.

Chatting with Alex Margulis @amargul about the changes to the lending guidelines for condos throughout the country. If you are a buyer looking at condos it is important to do your due diligence. If you are a listing agent, you need to do your due diligence.

So great to chat with Susan Cornish @houseofcornish! She is a seamstress, she loves to create costumes for anything, including her daughters ice skating! She loves the theater and has used manifesting to open doors she never expected to. We talked baseball and yes, some real estate as well!

So fun chatting with Heather Shimala, @heathershimala. We talked about AI our markets and how we work with buyers and sellers. I didn’t really get to chat with her about much else but can’t wait to do it again.

Fun to chat with @vivianacherman to find out a bit about Vidcon before Melissa D’Angelo @melissaldangelo joined. Loved learning about her path to real estate, spending time in New Hampshire and how she got into coaching.

Such a great chat with @homesfitforaking, despite coming back from the vet with an injured Kai. Loved hearing about how he met his wife, Jenny. Also enjoyed hearing about how he went from an actor who sells real estate to a realtor who acts. Dave is a pro at open houses and his time at QVC and acting have made it a great way to connect with buyers. If you aren’t following him, check out his page, you will be glad you did!
