    Matthew James Lindland (born May 17, 1970), also known as The Law.is an American retired mixed martial artist, Olympic wrestler, speaker, actor, coach, entrepreneur and politician. He won the Oregon Republican Party's nomination for the Oregon House of Representatives, District 52 seat on May 20, 2008. He also started an apparel company named Dirty Boxer. In mixed martial arts, Lindland competed primarily in the Middleweight division for the UFC, Strikeforce. Affliction, the IFL, Cage Rage, the WFA, and BodogFIGHT. Great talking with him about his fights with future hall of famers in the game to vitor and rampage and fedor. We also talked about his coaching and keeping up with the gym Team Quest after Couture and Hendo left it. As well we both hate the way the sport as pretty much gone entertainment than sport when Lindland was fighting

  • Kevin Mench

    Kevin Ford Mench (born January 7, 1978) is an American former professional baseball outfielder who played eight years in Major League Baseball (MLB) with the Texas Rangers (2002–2006), Milwaukee Brewers (2006–2007), Toronto Blue Jays (2008) and Washington Nationals (2010). He also spent a season in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) with the Hanshin Tigers in 2009. He is most noted for having had the largest cap size (8 1/4) in the majors when he was an active player, a feature that earned him the nickname Shrek.     Dennis Scott Sarfate (born April 9, 1981) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He played for the Milwaukee Brewers, Houston Astros, and Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB) and the Hiroshima Toyo Carp, Saitama Seibu Lions, and Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB). While an average reliever in MLB, Sarfate became one of the greatest closers in NPB history after moving his career overseas. Sarfate holds several NPB records, including most saves in a season and most by a foreign-born pitcher. As of 2020, his 234 career saves rank fifth-most in NPB history. He is a 3× NPB All-Star, a 3× Pacific League saves leader, a 5× Japan Series Champion, won the Japan Series Most Valuable Player Award, won the Pacific League MVP Award, and won the Matsutaro Shoriki Award.

    James McIlvaine (born July 30, 1972) is a retired American professional basketball player who spent seven seasons in the National Basketball Association (NBA) with the Washington Bullets, Seattle SuperSonics, and New Jersey Nets. The 7-foot-1 shot-blocking specialist is perhaps best remembered for the fall-out that occurred after he signed with the Seattle SuperSonics in 1996. Must hear conversation. What a great storyteller he was every question I asked was a story.   • Darren Ford
    Darren Scott Ford (born October 1, 1985), nicknamed The Bullet, is an American former professional baseball center fielder. He is the grandson of Ted Ford, who played in the majors in the early 1970s. He played 33 games for the San Francisco Giants of Major League Baseball (MLB) in 2010 and 2011, used most often as a pinch runner. So glad to have him on and talk his time in the minors to his cup of tea in the majors winning the World Series title in 2010. Basically as he said it’s a grind to play the sport and kudos to him for not giving up on his dream. We also talked about his relationship with his fellow outfielders Lorenzo cain and Michael Brantley who go figure leave and get a title but good to know he stays in touch with them and also talked about his coaching the youngins today

    David Gregory Huff (born August 22, 1984) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Saraperos de Saltillo of the Mexican League. He previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Cleveland Indians, San Francisco Giants, New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Los Angeles Angels. Huff has also played for the LG Twins of the KBO League and for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows of Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB). Unfortunately wasn’t able to finish the podcast form because computer crashed but what I could get here was an awesome conversation with him on his playing days in the majors to his time overseas in the kbo to Mexican league. Man he even made me feel old by going over old times by going against players I grew up watching. All this and more fun so tune in for my first episode back in over a year
