If you don't actually lock your locks, they won't keep burglars out. Many burglars go in through unlocked doors and windows. If you don't have access to your self-defense tools, or don't know how to use them properly from training, they are not going to help you in an emergency. If you don't tale the action steps and put in the work toward achieving your goals, you are not going to accomplish them. You must do the work!

Think of something in your life that hasn't been working because you haven't been doing the work. Determine if it is still important to you, and then if it is, take the action steps and do the work to make it happen.
