Accountability traditionally comes from the space in which leaders ask the most uncomfortable questions, WHY?
➡️ Why didn't you do what you said you'd do?
➡️ Why didn't you get the result you said you wanted?
It's uncomfortable and most LEADERS don't have a clue on how to hold themselves or those around them accountable.
And so the story goes on and on and on....
We facilitate these "ACCOUNTABILITY GROUPS" and they last for so long and then people don't show or the leader gets annoyed.
I've seen it over and over and over...

The self-directed work group is designed to move “OUR” culture from content and personality to context and principle. It is facilitated based on the principles of Personal Responsibility, Accountability and Commitment. We are no longer based on goals which are essentially a “good idea,” rather we choose commitment, measured by result.
