Ladies and gentlemen, this week I'm building upon something that I started to talk about in late 2020.

Now that we're in 2021 and we're back yet again in lockdown, I want to reflect on some of the stuff I teach and build upon it somewhat; I believe it is more relevant than ever now.

And so I offer you three things you can do this week to kickstart 2021 and show you how you can lock your progress in!

When Covid struck us all in Ireland in early 2020 I heard it said that we're all in the same boat together. And it sort of made sense and I believed it for a while. And then as time went on, I heard somebody else say, and I thought it was a much better description, "We're not all in the same boat together, we're all in the same storm together".

And  many of us are experiencing that same storm from very different vantage points. Some, metaphorically speaking, from the vantage point of a cruise liner, and others from the vantage point of, perhaps, a leaky bathtub. I think that's a very real description of what's going on in Ireland today and perhaps, in the world today.

So this week, over coffee, I'd like to discuss this and offer three things you and I can do to make 2021 better, DESPITE Covid.

You've heard it said, "Anything Worth Doing Is Worth Doing Well" and it is. But anything worth doing usually takes time to get right, to get to the point where it is done well - and therefore a Universal Law suggests it must start off badly first.

So this week, over coffee, I'd like to explain why I am wishing you make mistakes, fail early and often to get the most out of 2021.

For some I may even be giving words to why stuff has not worked out for them before now.

It's time.
