Bio: Dua has been registered dietitian nutritionist for over 10 years, she has completed her BS in Dietetics from Michigan State University and MA in Health and Risk Communications. She has also completed a seminary program at Qalam Institute and is currently working on the institute’s Alimiyyah degree. 

Dua has shifted her focus on curating content for a Muslim audience via webinars. Her webinars are motivating and stimulating, she ties in faith and nutrition and topics that has been recently covered:

Iqra Show was one of the first Islamic radio shows in Gloucestershire which was broadcast on community radio station, Gloucester FM. In the four years that it was on, the show was nominated for a Heart of Gloucestershire Award, received numerous attention from local press and the presenters were awarded with Volunteers of the year 2015 at the GFM awards. 

During its run, the show was geared towards educating and empowering the community in relation to Islam by hosting guests ranging from Nasheed artists, scholars (national and local), professionals in healthcare, medicine and law, activists and so on.
