Sit down and take some time to reflect.

Think about what is truly important to you and what energizes you.
Make it a priority to schedule these activities in your agenda.

Questions that can help you get there:

1. What are the most important areas of my life? (think about areas such as family, love life, friendships, career, spirituality, health)
2. What score on a scale of 1 to 10 do I give each area?
3. Reflect and see what 2 areas score the lowest.
4. What is one little habit that I can create to improve this area of my life by one point ?

Last but not least: what beliefs do I need to train in order to improve this area?
In other words: what person do I need to become, what vision do I need to have?
Decide to step into that vision every day, create new healthy habits that support you to grow into this new version, and watch yourself become more well-rounded, happier, and therefore automatically more productive, too.

Train your brain for more self-love and self-confidence by allowing negative thoughts to come and go. Don´t take your thoughts too seriously. Know that you have 60 thousand thoughts per day and that it is very normal to have negative thoughts.
