Coffee with Intention

My very first male guest is my 8-year old son Kanu who has been asking to be on my podcast for a long time. He loves talking about emotions and was excited to talk about the time he had a hard time processing many emotions at once. We talk about discerning ego, how holding onto emotions impacts us and how he processes complicated and overwhelming feelings.

This podcast was recorded in Spring of 2021. He would like you to know he's now 9 and in 4th grade.

Aga Lawrynowicz and I have intentional conversation about resilience and how that definition has changed over the years. We talk about centering our resilience and self-compassion, worthiness and self-love. We talk about Aga's formative years in Poland to her life now in Seattle and how she her struggles with motherhood led to her work as a Life Coach for moms.

A conversation with Amanda Taylor on summiting Mt. Rainier through anxiety and fear. We discuss her first summit attempt, working on mindset, changing her relationship with fear and learning to be resilient and independent. We talk about losing our sense of self as women and how Amanda reclaimed it with her climb.
