Julie and Mark Fisher are the co-founders of Echo 70, an Employee Advocacy Consulting firm. Julie has been educating people in one way, shape or form for the past 27 years. Her evolution in education began as a high school teacher on the South Side of Chicago and continued in Metro Detroit.She later worked as Executive Director of the nonprofit organization, BBFA (Building Better Families for Action), which focused on parent education about risky kid & teen behavior. It was during her tenure there that issues around parenting digital natives became a concern, so she created and led educational programs for both parents and students that gave them answers to real-life questions about tech and social media use.

This led to her to start The Social U, where they created technology to deliver detailed social media report cards that used IBM's Watson to "grade" every post in a user's history and get a personalized Social GPA.

Echo 70 allows Mark to combine his experience as a business owner, lawyer, salesman and risk management consultant with Julie's experience as a Social Media expert, author, trainer and keynote speaker.

After 6 years as a litigator defending the car companies country-wide, Mark spent 20 years running and co-owning a major Risk Management firm with more than 100 employees across the country, leading Sales, HR, Compliance, Vendor-relations, and Marketing, in addition to growing EBITDA by 700%. Mark wants to share his knowledge with businesses that want more and better Sales, Employees, and Brand Awareness, without running afoul of the FTC or the NLRB, or alienating their current employees.

It all started with Jessica's passion for natural foods. As an avid baker with a background in engineering, she loves the science of cooking. Jessica enjoys spending her weekends trying new recipe combinations: "What if I add a dash of this? What if I reduce that?" She always bakes with simple, pure ingredients. Jessica's aim is to create food that is delicious and healthy. Food that she feels good about eating and sharing.

They say necessity is the mother of invention. And that certainly has been true for all Jessica's products. She created the granola when her husband discovered he was gluten-intolerant and said he missed oat-based granola. Finding gluten-free oats was a challenge and finding a certified gluten-free facility was even more challenging. Yet, they finally were able to launch their granola, and in the spring of 2009, Jessica's Natural Foods was born. Since then their granola has expanded to over 30 states!
