The IDB for the day: "Make a Deposit". Sometimes all anyone ever needs is a kind word, an encouraging thought or affirmation to help them move forward in their lives. Let's make small deposits today.

The IDB for the day: "Embrace Your Journey". Whatever or whichever path you take, embrace it. Some decisions we've made were a part of our personal journey.

The IDB for the day: "Abstract Experiences". When things seem unclear and not familiar to us, we may have to take a closer look to get full understanding.

IDB for the day: "Distractions - Stay Focused". As a track athlete and running the 100 and 220 Dash, there were so many environmental distractions, but I learned to stay focused to keep the end in mind goal. Somethings life can present many distractions but listen up to a few tips to stay focused on your goal.

The IDB for the day: "Be a Real Model". Everybody wants to be a role model. One to educate, encourage and provide wise council is an awesome responsibility. However, we may want to consider being a "Real Model". What or who does that look like?

The IDB for the day: "Get Out of the Box". It's ok to think and do something different to set yourself apart. What happens if we try something new to expand your thoughts? Could we perhaps be led to new opportunities?

The IDB for the day: "Game Changer". Inspired by a mug that stated "women ruled the world" reminds us to take risk and keep forward into the unknown.

The IDB for the day: "Start Over". After assessing yourself and where you are in life, it is ok to start over. How does one do this? 

The IDB for the day: "Thank God For All Things". Regardless of the aggravation, disappointments and frustrations others bestow upon you, there is still a reason to give God thanks for their existence.

The IDB for the day: "God Bless This Mess".  There are complicated situations or circumstances that are private to me and only discussed with God allowing my internal belief for Him to better the situation.
