Chris Ann Cravens is a holistic health expert, Certified BodyTalk™ Practitioner, Public Speaker, and Professional Life Coach. As a former deep tissue therapist and wellness center owner, Chris Ann's expertise covers many facets of emotional, spiritual, and physical health.
As a child, Chris Ann suffered poor health. A tragic loss in young adulthood led her on a holistic journey that turned her health around. She left a corporate career to pursue a path in the performing arts by studying theatre arts, group choreography, stage performance, and Middle Eastern dance.
Chris Ann then shifted from the performing arts into the healing arts. She was able to bring the mind-body connection with her and obtained her certification as a holistic health practitioner in massage therapy, Reiki, herbal studies, yoga, and BodyTalk. Her BodyTalk studies include Epigenetics, BodyEcology, Eastern Medicine, Energetics, Principles of Consciousness, Bio-Dynamics, Lymphatic Drainage, Macrocosmic BodyMind, and more.
As part of her career development, Chris Ann studied Anusara® yoga and practiced as an instructor in Encinitas, California. She has formed a cohesive health revolution by combining her Anusara training with her dance and hoop-physics background.
After years of training with other like-minded experts, Chris Ann has learned to share her experiences as a holistic wellness coach through a unique lens. She is passionate in her approach and dedicated to helping her clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible.
Chris Ann lives nestled in nature with her husband and dogs in the Manzanita Mountains of central New Mexico, near Albuquerque.
