Our third pilot podcast, with host Aaron and guest Marion Smedberg. Marion just successfully completed her Master's studies concerning statistical database analysis of plasma turbulent transport simulations. The conversation starts off with a discussion about receiving and giving proper feedback, a continuation of previous offline conversations that we have had. From there, it briefly touches many peripheral aspects of scientific life, most notably the publishing culture and the lack of formal communication training within the scientific track.
