About Alyssa Del Valle Bjora
As a freelance artist, graphic designer, content creator, and startup founder at Gleu, Alyssa has a wealth of experience in various creative fields. Her B2B platform, Gleu, streamlines the wholesale workflow for fashion retailers and brands, making it easier for them to connect and stay organized during markets and fashion week.
Alyssa is always on the lookout for challenging problems to solve, and her interests in marketing, travel, fashion, and design keep her motivated. Although she is originally from Oklahoma City, she spent two years in New York City and another two years in Paris as a student at Parsons School of Design. Her BBA in Strategic Design and Management and minor in Fashion Communication have given her valuable skills for the fashion industry and beyond.
Alyssa draws inspiration from new people, places, and things and believes that connecting with fresh perspectives is essential for ultimate success.

About Tanner Smith
Tanner Smith is a native of Oklahoma City, OK, and a dynamic individual with a strong drive for success. With a lifelong passion for music and technology, Tanner's career has been heavily influenced by these interests. He holds a degree in music business and gained valuable experience managing and performing with the ska-punk band Sunny Side Up, where he became intrigued by the possibilities at the intersection of music and technology.
Tanner's love for technology eventually led him to a career in software engineering at Drov Technologies, a leading technology company in Oklahoma City, where he excels as a skilled developer. Despite his success in the tech industry, Tanner remained committed to his love of music and technology, leading him to launch his own music technology startup, Fanwave. Through Fanwave, Tanner aims to reshape the live entertainment industry by making it more interactive,
immersive, and engaging for all parties involved. Beyond his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Tanner is an active member of his community.
He serves on the Board of Directors for Techlahoma, a non-profit technology organization where he mentors aspiring entrepreneurs and programmers. Additionally, he dedicates his time and resources to supporting local artists and musicians, always seeking ways to give back to his
hometown of Oklahoma City. Tanner's dedication, talent, and entrepreneurial spirit have earned him a prominent position in
Oklahoma City's music and technology communities. His work with Fanwave and his contributions to his community are leaving a lasting impact on the industry and the city.

About Alex Westner
Alex began his career in engineering, researching microphone arrays and the “cocktail party problem” at the MIT Media Lab—getting computers to pick out individual voices in a room. He spent 18 years as a product leader in audio and music technology companies, shipping successful products that try to analyze and understand sound. One standout, “iZotope RX,” became known as the Photoshop for Sound, and earned an Engineering Emmy Award, and is an industry standard tool.
In the last several years, searching for something deeper and more meaningful, he immersed himself in the most profound human problem related to audio — people who have trouble hearing altogether. He founded Xander, setting its vision on providing relief for the 1.5 billion people around the world who struggle with the effects of hearing loss.

Alex Meland (@ALEX VR) is an American virtual reality industry professional and content creator.
Alex co-founded the Between Realities VR Podcast, a talk show with weekly guests from within the world of virtual reality, with partner Harry "Skeeva" Skigis in 2020. Since then, the program has become a hub for the VR community and was nominated for "Social VR Influencer of the Year" in the 2021 VR Awards and "VR Content Creator of the Year" in the 2022 VR Awards.
Alex is Strategic Partnership Manager for Contact CI, working in business development for their high-end haptic glove used in training with the U.S. Air Force.
