In August 1990, 11-year-old Heidi Seeman disappeared while walking home in San Antonio, Texas. A red car with tinted windows had been seen circling her before she vanished. Despite massive searches and multiple reported sightings—including one of a girl tied up in the back of a truck—no solid leads emerged. Three weeks later, Heidi’s body was found wrapped in trash bags on a remote ranch. Over the years, investigators focused on two key suspects: an Air Force Major, who had been involved in the search efforts, and a meth addict allegedly seen with a restrained young girl. Yet, neither was ever charged, and the case remains unsolved. Decades later, law enforcement and Heidi’s family still seek justice, hoping that new information—or forensic advances—will finally solve the mystery of what happened to Heidi Seeman. Join Ali as she goes over this 35 year old cold case.
