Phyllis Berry, a 21-year-old Chickasaw woman, went missing on Halloween night in 1975 during the World Championship Chili Cook-off in Terlingua, Texas. She was last seen at a dance party and was later seen sitting by a campfire before disappearing. Despite extensive searches by the police, including ground searches and the involvement of the Texas Rangers, no trace of Phyllis has ever been found.
