If you use the phone the way Grant Cardone does, you know how vital it is to grow your business and if you sell on the phone, the three most important things for you will be your attitude, your approach and your level of action.

Keeping your head on right will be the most important thing. The other thing you must do is check your ego at the door. There are three mindsets that you must drill down and incorporate into your thinking and have the highest level of certainty on. Let's be honest, the only reasons you have to hate the phone and cold calling is either you're not properly motivated or you just lack the skill.

Motivation runs out. It's like gas in the car. You must keep that tank full. Skill is something that also runs out and fades fast. Everyday, most likely multiple times a day, you need to reset your motivation and skill buttons or pay the price. Technically, there's a price either way. Discipline has a price. Crapping out has a price.
