Matthew from Liquid Flannel joins us to talk Heathers and its preemptively-cancelled TV reboot. We talk first about the movie, with its critique of the shiny, happy, John Hughes-style movies of the Reagan era, and how its politics translated across multiple Republican administrations, resonating with disaffected suburban kids like Ljubica in each of those dark times.

Then, we talk about the show that should have never been made. A show so violent and bad they won't air it in the United States of America. Where is the line between bad-watchable (Lifetime movies) and bad-unwatchable (Hallmark movies)?
