Welcome back everyone I have a long episode for you today. With football season almost here we got to wrap up predictions. Sooooo this week we have week 7-9 predictions. Also my good friend JeMar and I had an instagram live chat with a couple of old teammates and we incorporated it into the podcast. These old teammates are still playing. What's up family? Got another exciting episode for you! Of course I drop some predictions for week 4 and polls were announced not to long ago with 3 member schools in the SoCon on it but the most exciting part is with All American Running Back, Quay Holmes, from East Tennessee State University. A great conversation about legacy, becoming an All-American, why he majored in psychology and why he feels he is the best RB in the conference. Also a shoutout to Dunkin Donuts. 

No better feeling talking to old teammates. Well what better than talking to a guy who was not only my teammate but my first roommate. Matthew Sochovoka is a DL for the Furman Paladins and he stopped by and we went through memory lane, NIL, what it meant playing under his dad, and much more!
