One of the most respected marketers of our time, Frank Kern once said, “you cannot out market a bad offer”.
It couldn’t be farther from the truth. That’s why our topic for today is all about how to craft your offers so that they’re irresistible to not only your potential customers but also to your potential joint venture partners.
I remember when I got started in the online space. I had been podcasting for over a year and making money by promoting other people’s products but something kept nudging inside of me to offer something. I got good at podcasting so naturally, I thought let me create an offer about podcasting. And while it did make sense at that time, I didn’t realize, there’s more to it than just whipping out something just because other people are doing it. Huge lesson #1, never create an offer because other people are doing it!
So, after going through courses after courses and hiring a mentor to guide me on how to craft winning offers, and having tested to first to my own offers and to my clients, it all boils down to the following.
It’s called the Triple Win. By the way, I didn’t invent those words. I first heard it from Tom Matzen of Strategic Alliances. You should definitely check him out.
The triple win is this:
Now, one of the reason I love this is because it adds the component of the third win which is all about your joint venture partners.

Summit producers are in demand now more than ever before as people want to learn from the experts online instead of going out in person. You can earn 5 figures or higher per event producing virtual summits for influencers and companies that are rapidly adapting to the virtual world as a result of covid-19 restrictions. And the good news is, the trend is only going to increase as people and companies realize how easy and cost effective virtual events are compared to in-person events. Here’s my 5 step process that anyone can duplicate to start building their list fast and selling their courses and programs using joint venture traffic. (Note: once you’ve built this funnel, you’ll be able to use any traffic, like organic traffic or paid ads, not just joint venture partner traffic).
Here are the steps:
Step 1: Make sure you have dialed in on your offer. Meaning, you have an offer that gets results. You can’t out market a bad offer (as they say).
Step 2: Once you’ve dialed in your offer, create two lead magnets that build goodwill and pre-sell your offer to your prospects. This builds your list that you will sell your offer to.
The two lead magnets are a PDF guide and a webinar. The PDF guide pre-sells your webinar and the webinar sells your offer.
Ideally, you’ll want your webinar to be live on the first one and then convert it to an automated webinar after. This will give you a funnel that works for you 24/7, which is also great for joint venture partners to promote anytime.
Step 3: Build two landing pages for each of your lead magnets. One for the PDF guide and one for the webinar registration.
Step 4: Set up your affiliate program so you can sign up joint Venture partners with their own affiliate links.
Step 5: Create your Joint Venture Affiliate Swipe File which includes all the promotional materials that your joint venture partners are going to use to promote you to their list. These include at a minimum, 2 email swipes, one to promote the PDF guide, the other one to promote the webinar. You’ll also want to have a blog post and or press release copy that they can use. Then two social media graphics, one promoting the PDF guide and one promoting the webinar.
One you have all these in place, you are now ready to sign up joint venture partners and or affiliates ready to promote your offer!

Have you ever thought about becoming a summit producer? It’s an exciting and lucrative opportunity that is growing rapidly. If you have the right skills, it can be very profitable.

I´ve been producing virtual summits for other people and after doing several of them, I feel it´s time to teach this to other people and I´ve looked around and realized noone is teaching this.
Time to change that!
After sitting down and writing all the steps I do, I condensed it to this 3-step process, which anyone can duplicate.
If you´re a freelancer, a virtual assistant, own a digital marketing agency and or a solopreneur, this is for you.
You can easily add a six figure income producing summits and or virtual events for other people.
