Elissa C. Goldberg concentrates her legal practice in the area of family law and mediation in Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. A 1991 graduate of Franklin and Marshall College where she graduated cum laude and also a 1994 graduate of James E. Beasley School of Law of Temple University in Philadelphia where she graduated with honors. She began her legal practice in Doylestown, Pennsylvania in 1995 after traveling extensively throughout Eastern Europe as an international adoption attorney. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (Family Law section) and Bucks County Bar Association where she does pro bono work for the indigent. She is appointed regularly by various judges as counsel for Orphan's Court matters. She has lectured throughout Bucks and Montgomery counties on related family law issues.

Kim Litzke has been practicing family law in Pennsylvania since 1994. Well versed in family law issues including divorce, custody, support, alimony and equitable distribution, she is "settlement oriented", endeavoring to minimize the trauma of the divorce to the family (particularly children). However, there are cases that cannot be resolved by agreement and in those instances Kim’s aggressive litigation skills serve her clients well.

Kim recently became interested in a developing area of law in Pennsylvania - Parent Coordination. Parenting Coordination is a process by which an attorney or psychologist is appointed by the court to assist parents in resolving disputed child rearing issues. In 2007, Kim became the liaison between bench and bar to more fully develop procedures to expand and solidify the role of Parent Coordinators in the Bucks County courts.

Kim frequently lectures throughout Pennsylvania to fellow family law attorneys. In 2007 Kim presented lectures at both the Winter and Summer meetings of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section and presented a lecture in Harrisburg on the litigation of high income child support cases. Kim also writes articles on important family law topics, including authoring a case note on Lowers v. Lowers, which was published in the Pennsylvania Family Lawyer in 2007.

Deborah Meyrowitz-Weiss, M.Ed., LMFT will discuss the techniques to reduce stress and other negative implications of a divorce on children. Deborah Meyrowitz-Weiss will discuss how the collaborative divorce can reduce the trauma, anxiety and depression that can occur during a divorce.

Deborah Meyrowitz-Weiss holds a B.S. from Hahnemann University and a M.Ed from Arcadia University. She is a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist with offices in Southampton, PA.

Dr. Erin von Zuben will discuss the global impact of divorce on children and how the Collaborative Divorce can help reduce the negative effects of a traditional divorce on children.

Erin von Zuben is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist who received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame, and earned a Master of Science in Education degree in Psychological Services, as well as her Ph.D. in School, Community, and Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. von Zuben has an extensive background in psychometrics and assessment, and has served as a research consultant with the Educational Testing Service in Princeton, NJ and The Consortium for Policy Research in Education at the University of Pennsylvania on issues related to school evaluation, improving student achievement, and teacher professional development.

Dr. von Zuben has over 10 years of experience providing psycho-educational and psychological assessments for individuals in prekindergarten through high school, advocating for students with special needs, consulting with families and schools, and providing individual, family, and group counseling.

Dr. von Zuben has expertise in autism spectrum disorders, learning and emotional needs, attention deficit issues, and other behavioral problems.

Dr. von Zuben is available to provide educational advocacy services to children and their families. She is able to consult with and guide parents through the process of obtaining services through their local school Child Study Team to ensure appropriate placement and services for each child’s emotional and educational needs.

Dr. von Zuben serves as a member of the Bucks County Collaborative Law Group, where she serves as a child specialist and coach for individuals navigating through separation and divorce.

Dr. Picariello is a licensed Clinical Psychologist who owns and operates a private practice in Yardley, Pennsylvania. With over 17 years experience in a clinical setting, he is a graduate of La Salle University's APA accredited Clinical Psychology program. He specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy with areas of expertise in health psychology, mindfulness principles and performance-enhancement. Prior to establishing his private practice, he spent five years in a group private practice as the Clinical Director where he supervised and trained Masters and Doctoral interns. His ten years at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital is where he treated brain injury survivors. Interactions with spouses and loved ones during their dramatic life transition issues led to him developing his career therapeutic approach.

He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Lehigh University, where he was selected as an All-American football player. It was there he first developed his determination and persistent style that later transitioned to his energy and perseverance as a health care professional. Hillary Moonay, a prominent family law attorney discusses the value of collaborative law in child custody matters. Hillary practices exclusively in the area of family law, where she handles all phases of the negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, custody, support, alimony, property distribution, adoption, pre-nuptial agreements and related issues. She is a certified mediator and has also been trained as an attorney advocate of the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General for its Operation Safe Surf program.
