In this edition of Collpase Out we are revisiting the sore subject of progressive rock sensation’s Genesis. We're joined in conversation by one of our favorite fourth wheels Max Burke to discuss our experience with the radiantly authentic tribute band “The Musical Box”. No spoilers but by the end of the episode everyone loves Genesis

Recognizing the release of official Les Rallizes Denudes music (available at https://lesrallizesdenudes.bandcamp.com/), we discuss some of their previously bootlegged history

Sam Worrad (The Holy Soul, Loene Carmen, Club Weld, The Vacant Lot) leads us on a deep, deep dive into the wonder and weirdness of the Bee Gees career before, during and after their chartbusting disco era.  A corker!

The mystery of Eric's previously unreported disappearance is suddenly resolved and the boys talk about music they've been listening to recently. Playlist at https://open.spotify.com/user/leo.coronado5

We welcome some special guests to do a mixtape episode just in time for the end of International Women's Month!

For episode 3 of Collapse Out, we were thrilled to speak with Johnny Echols of the legendary band Love, who ruled the sunset strip in the mid-60s.  Johnny generously shared his time and some amazing stories about Little Richard, The Beatles, Billy Preston, the Doors, and life in Laurel Canyon.

Coicidentally (?) we are releasing this episode on March 7th, Arthur Lee's birthday.

After checking in with new and interesting developments from a few 90s legacy indie rockers (Stephen Malkmus, Radiohead, Godspeed You Black Emperor, and Animal Collective), Leo and Jason share their unvarnished opinions on one of Eric's favorite albums (The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway) and the band who created it, Genesis.
