We pick up with Shanks making his way into Granz City under the disguise and alias of Brian. He comes into contact with the Tell-Tale Guild and gets an unexpected meeting with Attros’ late wife, Lenore, alive and seemingly the new leader of the guild. Shanks offers his aid to her in exchange for them not turning him in for the hefty bounty on his head. There is a lot of layered discussions, eventually leading to faith and Lenore speaking on her patron, Elrin. Through meditation, Shanks meets Elrin, and a deal is made. Meanwhile, the rest of the party is on route to Granz City themselves to meet with Argo and request the aid of the Shuffle Guild. There’s so much happening, and that’s where we pick up…
