When lionesses go on the hunt (yes, the women do the hunting), every one of them has a purpose and role on the hunt. Some start the chase, some flank the prey to keep it in front of those chasing it. Some run up ahead to catch or ambush it. Whatever the role is, they have to do it well or nobody eats. That’s why everyone that is on the hunt is a good hunter. They are all qualified to hunt. The lions wouldn’t send someone on the hunt that couldn’t get the job done. The very fact that the lion is on the hunt is proof that they can.
When it comes to us, many of us are suffering from crippling self-doubt that keeps us walking in the purpose God has set before us. We believe that we aren’t worthy or qualified to do the things that are exploding in our hearts to do. And if we do get started sometimes we quit at the first sign of opposition. We believe God is challenging us to walk fully in the purpose he is calling us to. Let's listen in!
