We created a new word that you hoopers are going to love !!! Constructive Self-Trash-Talk! Why it's not a thing yet? But first, let's meet today's amazing guest: Elena Bosgana, 20-year-old from Greece. Sagittarius, she left home when she was 17, she's a basketball player at Stanford and is also in the Greece National team. Our conversation flowed, and we manage to speak about many cool things:

  • Being a Basketball Athlete at Stanford: balancing academics, training, sleep schedule, social life and finding some alone time to recharge.
