MLK had a vision for a new heaven and a new earth and he preached that in order to make that new heaven and new earth a reality, humanity had to do three things 1) develop a world perspective, 2) eradicate the last vestiges of racial justice from our nation and 3) stop over-reliance on the boot-strap philosophy. Unfortunately, his words still ring true today because we still have work to do.
