I am Rebs. I have social anxiety. I want to change and be less socially awkward. I decided to make this podcast to share bits of my life. I am going to set challenges for myself to be more social, and once I've completed the challenge tell you how it went, what I felt, and what happened. I am hopeful by going through this with you, maybe it will give you the courage to do it to.
