MANKATO — Arinn McGee is currently enjoying her freshman season as a member of the Bethany Lutheran College women’s basketball team. Bethany Lutheran is an NCAA Division III school playing in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference. McGee, a 6-foot-2 center, joined the team during the summer after transferring from the University of Minnesota, where she played intramural sports. This season, McGee is averaging 4.4 points and 2.9 rebounds per contest for the Vikings — who are enduring a tough season at 1-12, including a 64-63 loss to Wisconsin-Superior.
